kicker comp boxes? im thinking about buying the 10"

DON'T waste your money on the kicker comp truck box.. terrible output and sound.. if you're stuck on buying a prefab look into a sealed L5 truck box or atleast the CVR10 instead of the comp.

I have all three truck style boxes sitting in my store room.. the sealed L5 box wins hands down.. the kicker comp box just sucks.. the comp vr has a slight improvement over the comp..

I also have the ported L5 but the sealed sounds much better...

Well, I'm the same age as you and I'm building a box for my truck. Just do some research, or go to a woodshop and observe...

Or if you have a school nearby or are in school with a woodshop, just talk to the teacher about your project...
