I am relatively new to PayPal...

I have a verified account but not a verified adress. I don't really want to give them my debit card number...

I am aware of all the freezing of accounts and the "paypal sucks" website...

Does it cost anything to call there help line? Its not a 800 toll free number I noticed...

I believe your address becomes verified the first time you successfully have something shipped to the shipping address on file with paypal. Could be wrong though but that info is on their web page

I can't remember how I found out my adress wasnt comfirmed... Is there any way to check? I am a verified user, it says that on the overview.

I bought a license plate for my buddy for his b-day on eBay, and bought the SPL-12s... with PP.

i moved and switched banks about a year ago. when i went to redo my paypal it wouldn't let me, stating that there was already an account open for this address or some BS. never pursued it, but it's getting to be a major PITA dealing with money orders and all. paypal customer service is notoriously bad though, not sure how helpful they will be, and you certainly should prepare to spend a while on hold gritting your teeth
