Hey all... got another question here . If you use aero ports, is it possible to build the box smaller in relation to a box with slot ports, or is the port displacement the same for both types? Thanks

well......port area x port length will give you port volume. If the port area is the same on both, and the length is the same on both so that you achieve the same tune.....you have the same volume.

But aero ports can be slightly less in total volume because the displacement of the plastic itself is less than the displacement of the board you use to make the slot port. Depending on the size of the port, obviously, you may save .1-.3 cubes by going aero.
