Ok, I pretty much know nothing when it comes to car audio. I had a little ford ranger which died on me, so instead of staying in that realm i went out a got me a bigger truck. i think i am gonna do a blowthrough in this truck. I am not sure what would be best though. I listen to everything, about 50 50 rap/rock. I am not sure what would work best, something like 4 12" Q's sealed or 2 15" BLs ported. Also, I have some good word working skill, but have no clue how to build and tune a box if I go ported...some help would be fantastic.

rough dimensions i wanna use in the bed of the truck...19" height, 48-49" wide, and 30" of depth.

Since you say louder, I am not sure why you are looking at the Q's.

Yeah, think I will go with the 15's, now if I can just try to come up with a design for the box, never did that before.

Oh, so your thinking of the same type of setup I am...if you come up with a decent box design you gotta let me check it out. that would be cool.
