Call me a pessimist, but that's way too much reading for some of these people that can barely read/string sentences together. I mean hell, make a post that's longer than three sentences and you're liable to get a "Cliff's Notes?" response from some of these people :)

But I agree totally with everything in there, and it does need to be posted somewhere. Thanks. :)
