I have a lil over 700$ to spend on an amp for my 18" BTL

I was thinking on buying a Rockford Fosgate T20001bd for a lil over 700$

And money is kinda tight with college coming up and bills and such..

Or just wait and save up a little more cash and get the Sundown 3000D

Its really just a ground pounder and im not really concerned about numbers on the mic..

My question is, Is that Rockford a good amp to push my BTL?

I just know how Sundown is all good talk and wonderful customer service..

what vc is your btl

there is presale pricing on the IA 20.1s something to consider.

If your VC setup is dual 2ohm then your good with the RF, IA, or sundown. If you can convince yourself to save 200 more dollars i'd get the sundown personally. Not that the RF is bad. just my opinion. I'd love to own the T2000.1 but if the pricing is that close i'd go for that sundown

My sub is dual 2 ohm..

But money is tight and I have to buy my amp for my mids and highs so really I only wanna spend around 700$ for it..

I just want to get thoughts on you guys if that Rockford Fosgate is a well built amp..

head over to Db-r.com and check out some rebuilt saz3000D's..or look around on the forums..ive seen them go for as little as $600 used...id also look at that IA 20.1

All I need is another amp for my speakers..

Ne ideas on what kinda speakers I shud use?

My facotry speakers are 6X8's but cant you buy adapters to fit 6.5's in there?

If You can I was looking at the MLI-65 from Mach 5 Audio..

u can buy them from e-gay or make them yourself..what type of sound are u looking for?im assuming ur going to go passive since ur on a budget.there r thousands of options here.budget?listening preference?

Well my amp for my door speakers is going to be a Rockford T4004..

So its like 25 watts x4 @ 4 ohm but of course its under rated..

I only listen to rap and NOTHING else..

I just want it loud and clear thats all im asking..

budget?

i bought 2 amps from db-r: a 1500saz and saz 100.2. they both worked as new the 1500d looked new (not one scratch) the sax 100.2 has a 1 inch scratch where the nobs were but nothing very obvious. his customer service is amazing and he offers a one year warranty. i would highly recommend db-r if your on a budget as i was.

Rockford Fosgate T-2000bd's are $500-$550 on eBay...way cheaper option
