These coaxials would get my vote if you don't mind buying off of ebay. I personally like to buy stuff of there and haven't had any issues with anything that I've bought.

I'd personally just run a 3-4" full range if I needed the frequency range of a coax in a driver size that small. I also hope you are filling the low end in with something.

Those Boston Acoustics S45's are weird, I didnt like them at all.
