a friend of mine keeps going on about this company so I looked into it and found a D3500.1 for a reasonable price but the guts didn't look too smashing are they really that good?

    Sorry to revive an old thread, but i'm wondering the same thing. I just picked up a D1600.2 which I intend to use to power my 12" Q. Thanks

    They used to be awesome amps, some of the best 5-6 years ago. The 50HC, 100HC, 200HC, and 300HC? I believe, were very popular and strong. Then it seemed they underwent at least an image change or something and I quit following them. They may have went the way of Soundstream- great in the older days but not as good anymore (still decent though). But I hope not.
