April 25, 200619 yr Depending on your phone you can just use mp3's, at least that's what I do...and my phone is more than a year old.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I just use mp3cut to splice out the part I want and re-sample it to lower resoltuion and upload to my phone via USB.
