I know I need to fuse b/t front battery & 2 back batts. What size fuse should I have? Also, should I fuse anywhere else?

Yeah your def gonna need some fuses..

just do a fuse like so...

front cell... fuse......... fuse.... rear cells.. fuse... amps

i would also ground in the rear on the frame.

You wouldnt put a fuse in between the the two rear cells?

Or just run them together and put a fuse at the end after the rear cells..

300 amps of so...

i dont fuse between cells...
