How would a IA DP 12" sub do in a box that is 2.742 cubes ported to 40??

If your going to tune to 40Hz id go with an AQ or DD sub.

What is AQ's site not sure I have looked at that one, is AQ a little cheaper then DD and are they still going to hold up to abuse?

Havent delt with AQ personally except for their amps which are great.

But I beleive DD designed Aq's subs. They are supposed to be pretty good woofers.

I have one in a 3 foot box with 50 inches of port tuned to 40 hertz and she sounded fine, but 35 hertz is more to my liking. I thought the Aq sub was more on the lines of a DR and not a DP?
