This will be my first computer build and im just wondering if everythings compatible. I'm trying to stay under 160 bucks so this fits perfect.

Heres the links...

Motherboard

Cpu

Ram

Thanks guys for the feedback.

Yup everything is compatible. If you're going to be running Vista I suggest going with 4gb of RAM but if you are going to use XP 2gb is fine

XP is a good choice no matter who you are.

That is very true, Windows 7 should be great. Linux is also a good choice if you take the time to learn everything and what not

I've heard great things about Windows 7 being more stable and what not. Hopefully there will be better driver support because with Vista 64 there are still bad drivers :(

XP and Vista 32 bit OS cannot take 4 GB of RAM - they can recognize upto 3 GB of RAM. Go for a 64 bit OS if you have 4 GB of RAM..
