So i have 2 that say image dynamics and have the logo in the front but thats it. They look pretty old and work, kind of higher bass even in a ported box. Im comparing this to what i had in the exact same box RF Hx2 15. My question is, what are these subs? Has anyone heard of them or maybe they are fakes?

There is nothing on the back, just a magnet and that sorta stuff.

IIRC, the old ID stuff had an embossed dustcap and the magnets had decals and/or bumpers. I could tell you more if I saw the back of these as well. I can find out for you, as I am the AZ,NM rep for ID as of a month ago. PM me more pics.

The only ID subs I remember with that type of cone were the IDSPLs, but that doesn't look like the motor used on the IDSPLs.

I wondering if that is a reconed IDQ series 1.

You put that sub in a free-air set up and you will hear the beauty of it (if it is the IDQ).

If it is the IDSPL---I got nothing on that.

They look to me like they are some of the older subs from the mid 90's. Not positive though.
