Ok well right now i have a pair of Polk db651's in my front doors, and my stock bose speakers in the back (they barely put out any sound at all that i can hear). I have a sony gt620ip (not the best but its what i have). Now the question is... Will my front speakers get more power from the h/u if i disconnect the back two speakers?

No. Each channel from the head unit can only put out a certain amount of power and it doesn't depend on how many channels are being used because they are independent of each other. Try putting an external amplifier on the fronts, that'll liven them up quite a bit.

Yeah i figured that would be too easy haha :) Well in a couple weeks ill be purchasing an sae-1200d for my subs. My question is this... I have a rf p5002 that i will have laying around... Is there a way i can wire that up to the fronts, like a certain way so that theres less watts going to the speakers?

Just leave the gain turned down.
