here is what i get from it. the port is irregular sized making it impossible to fit. so i tried adjust it for you doing so i changed size from a 94.5 sqin to a strait 90 sq inch.

this is what i come up with box is still the same size i used double thick walls deduct 3 inch from all sides to get a box that is 7.58 cuft the internal sizes were 38x 15x23 divided by 1728 = 7.58 cuft net internal.

the port i cam up with was 90 sq inch a 6 x 15 inch x 20 inch = 33hz.

the only side i could put it in was a 18x26 inch side panel or in the back of the box opposite the woofers. the woofers would be in the 41x 18 inch side. how i would do it is in the back of the box the port would be a "s" shape firing back. this means you would have to keep it away from the back of the seat a few inches.

i got my box done -man- that shit was loud--took it to a friends and put it on a -TL- did a 148.2--on the 5th--try i saw that magic smoke --- one sub is -doa- and the dustcap is -mia- so going to try something new like -4-12''subs mybe that will put me in the 150.0db range-----i did talk to the man that did the subs for me and he told me he would take care of it for me that it should not have blown on the power i had on them 1400///1600rms ea if you have any ideals on going -with -4-12''--are--something else--this is in a 1999 explorer--subs up port back--any help would be nice thanks

You had a 2000 watt amp on a 1000 watt RMS sub and were surprised it blew? Maybe you should get four 12s so that they handle your abuse better.

read this i had a COUSTOM set of 15''subs with a -rms- of 1800watts and one of them poped // i was asking if any one had any SUGGESTIONS on subs 4-12'' are two new 15''subs i wont to hit 150.0 on the TL in my suv i only have 9.0cf net for the box-----any help would be nice thanks
