Planning on running a sundown 3k and another amp for mids/highs

I'm gonna buy a 160amp alternator for my little '97 tercel (its the highest output alt they make for it)

I guess I will run a deka under the hood?

Big 3 upgrade

Will I need another deka to put in the back?

And how would I go about wiring those 2 amps to 2 different batteries?

    Its confusing the poop out of me.

    Wire your batteries and pretend it's just one battery. Check my sig, my stuff works just fine but I know with just one 9a31 you wouldn't have sufficient power.

    You don't have voltage drop on a stock alt with 2 deka's?

    Never under 12.8v. at full tilt with A/C on.
