May 6, 200520 yr I've personally been on a Black Dahlia Murder listening spree lately when working out. Lamb of God is also another one I've been stuck on lately. But I'd say any Black, Death, or any kind of metal provides me with a good work out . As mentioned Slayer and Killswitch are nice also.
