July 2, 200916 yr No. Even if your subwoofer was DVC4 ohm, the best you can do is a final 2 ohm load.Posting your model numbers of the subwoofer and amplifier would help us help you. More information the better.

July 2, 200916 yr You're pretty much screwed with that combo.Wire it like that until you can get an amplifier that is stable at 2 ohms.
