Can you wire 4 subs to a Mono Amp?

Can i wire my 4 subs to a Sundown 100D and give around 250RMS to each sub? Is this safe?

Would it look like OPTION 1 from this: http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=4&I=22

And for this i wuld get 4 Dual 2-ohm.
