i dunno if its the damn hot weather or cuz im sick, but ive gotten a couple nosebleeds lately and i havent had em for years.

i reaaaaallly wanna go work on my a-pillars but this is gay. how do u stop nosebleeds? my mom told me to run cold water over my nose and forehead. other times i just hold my nose. right now im lazy and wanna go work so i shoved TP up my nose. TIA.

Nose bleeds are like the hickups

They come at the weirdest time and dont go away

makes sense. thats what i thought too but bleeding stopped so im all good. i just had to blow my nose...

lean your head back

hold the bridge of your nose

breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth

i used to get bloody noses all the time when i was a kid
