Posted August 29, 200916 yr I am going to be running 4 saz1500 amps. My question is if I were to have the rca's signal go into the input of one amp and then use the outputs on that amp to connect it to the next amps' inputs and I do this for all 4 amps like a chain will there be a noticeable amount of signal delay? Would I be better off getting some form of rca block that has 4 outputs and run each output to it's own amp?

August 29, 200916 yr Author Yes but I do not want to strap the amps. I want to run each amp individually to its own sub. Would it be a better idea if I strapped 2 together and ran 2 subs to each of the strapped amps? I did not buy the subs yet.
August 29, 200916 yr I would strap two amps together. Then you can just split the signal and send it to each of the two pairs of strapped amps.
August 29, 200916 yr Author Alright thanks. Ya that will make life a lot easier. Will I loose any power doing this?
August 29, 200916 yr If you don't want to strap and you want to ensure the signal is in phase and output to all amplifiers equally...Get the MaxxLinkhttp://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?Source=googlebase&ProductID=20093
August 29, 200916 yr Author I have heard about the max link. I have heard of people using it and getting great results from it as far as spl goes. Would this benefit me more than strapping?
August 29, 200916 yr Author My questions with the maxxlink are as follows-If I were to use this without strapping my amps wouldnt it be the same thing as using y splitters?-If I were to strap the amps using the maxxlink would there be more gains?-I am using a 3sixty processor. Would the maxxlink screw up the signal generated by the 3sixty?-Is the maxxlink my best option?
