September 4, 200916 yr You do not want to purchase those.LPG are good budget tweeters, and these are currently on sale; http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=138&products_id=544While I've not seen any reviews of these SB Acoustics tweeters, SB generally builds good drivers; http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=147&products_id=8300Seas has multiple offerings, for example; http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=149&products_id=633http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=149&products_id=1466What is your price range and how low do you intend on playing them, and what available slopes do you have?

September 4, 200916 yr Author looking at those tweets that you linked, and their prices i take back the 30$ limit if needed. still would like to stay under that, but for quality ill for sure go more
September 4, 200916 yr Underlapping the mid and tweet is often a good idea. So maybe a crossover of 3500 for it, though that's just a starting point. The lower crossover you go the higher your slope will likely need to be. But I'd probably like to use the 18 db slope anyways. But these details also depend on the driver you choose.
September 4, 200916 yr Are you using the amps crossover or a headunits? What are your listening goals?
September 4, 200916 yr Author as far as i know ill be using the amp's Xovers, but im looking for a new deck as well so im not sure. listening goals is to get something that can be heard over my BL, but not be harsh on those high notes. i prefer rap and hip hop, some rock every now and then. this is when i turn my sub down and like to hear the lyrics more than the bass, of course. that is the main reason for upgrading. music just doesnt get loud when the sub is turned down.. thats the only loud part of my car. im coming from stock speakers, so just about anything should sound a lot better to me and i dont know about slopes. my amp is at home.. i believe 12 and 18? haven't had a chance to really look at it yet.they are 12 and 24 Edited September 4, 200916 yr by watts09
