I searched and didnt find nething. What are some of the cons?

Expensive batteries? Stepdown modules? IDK? lol

I have all the batteries.. just making sure the amp wont get too hurt from it daily

The 20.1 says its ok to 16 volts. I dont see why the 40.1 would be much different.

I know the 40.1 can handle up to 18v but how would the amp like it on a daily basis. Maybe I should have worded it like that instead

I would imagine it depends on how low you plan on wiring it for daily. I looked for a manual but I couldnt find anything.

I guess i need to get technical... If running a 40.1 at 16v with a 250a EA alty charging 3 d1000 PM 4 runs kicker hyperflex 0g wire tuned a 36hz ported box in the back of a tahoe at 1 ohm wired(unsure on box rise)..... Will my amp still last and not hurt it daily. Ive already ran 4 40.1's at 18.2v on burps but never played it longer the 5secs at a time.

I really just wanna know how it does on 16v daily if properly installed

I guess i should assume from IA2 thats it should be fine, hence the "lol"? iunno

how about you send me your 40.1 and I'll find out hint hint.
