Why is there no "view new messages from last visit" ?

I just don't enjoy visiting every board to see if there is a thread that is in my interests... All of the forums have this "View messages from last visit" or else, and its is very easy to see new threads that have been posted or new comments on old ones.

If I want to see the topics I have written in, I have to use Search which is kind a slow and annoying...

PS: I don't mean to offend you ( the forum and staff) on any point. I really like it and just want to make it more comfortable.

There is a View New Content button in the upper right hand corner. It will show you what is new. Right below the little search text entry spot
