id like to see some pics of ur install to get an idea how hard and what has to be done to make it work help me out guys. im looking at the pioneer avh-p41000dvd

You can do it one of two ways mod your existing 1.5 din bezel with some fiberglass work or buy a 2 din bezel out of a 02 to 03 s-10. Now they don't make an install kit for a double din in our trucks unless you have an 02 or newer. You will have to make your own brackets to install your radio. I have an 01 s-10 and have a kenwood cdx-7120 in mine with an 02 bezel. I'm not done with mine just took some steel bars and bent them to make brackets to mount the radio. I'm gonna redo it and make it nicer now that I know how I want to do mine.

Now remember this is only temporary so it's not purty and finished. I don't have any install pics since like I said it's not the finished product.

Yeah the bezel is out of an 03 and I did no modding to the dash just swapped bezels. And I love that kenwood.

roughed in, fit into a stock 1.5 DIN in my 02 ZR2, AVH-P4100DVD. Dunno if I will finish it out or wait for S10 Warehouse to come up with another Double DIN.

did u have to do any cutting besides on the actual plastic for that?

Gotta cut out the middle braces. I used a dremel for the braces and the bezel.
