I am wanting to try building a enclosure with a flared port and was wondering exactly how to do it if anyone can help with this i would really appreciate it.

    Do you have a table saw?...To flare a slot port you have to kerf the wood.

    Look up kerfing on here or on google and youll ge all the info you need.

    You can make flared ports using pvc pipe which i did and it can really make a difference,almost 1 db for me.
