Well, it might be hard because of the curve. You could always have 2 pieces and glue them.

You would just have a piece of wood that would lay over the face of the enclosure and the woofers would pop through it.

I dont think ive ever seen anyone do anything like that.

that sounds interesting, but i think there is too much of an oval shape to mold the wood on too.

i think painting it to match the car, then the pices around it black, would look good.

and most of the guys there love it, but then most hate it, because it dose not make my car go fast.

Looks real good. I like the matching paint idea, are you going to blow the paint yourself? I suppose a better question is are you going to do the frustrating body work yourself. Aargh I hate sanding.
