i was thinking about buying mb quart 5 1/4 components and then buying a midbass from mb quart to add to it. can i do that? its going in a s10 so i would have the midbass in the door then the 5 1/4 in the dash and then tweet in the a piller i heard having a speaker in the dash like that isnt any good? any help on this?

Your correct, normally speakers in the dash are not a good idea, you'd be better off fiber glassing the mid next to the tweeter in the A-pillar.

hmmm ok so would i have to making something to go over the stock place in the dash or can i just leave it open with the grills over it

Either go to a junk yard and get one to fiber glass over, or make a mold of your current panel.

well ive thought about that but i dont wanna risk when people getting in and out and kicking them its a dd

I can stand on my kicks just dont design/build them weak. Mine is adaily driver as well.

dont look bad where are ur tweets at? and are those focals?

they are a convertable component set Memphis Sync . Tweeter is right in the center
