Optima yellow top is 150 at auto zone.

I heard that the Everstart batteries would be just as good and thier only like 60 at wal-mart..

which one, i cant have 2 otherwise i'll be in street mx3-4

I have hears that Sams club has Optimas for $130.

get an optima from sears. then can order any size or color & you can get a 10% discount on wednesdays (i dont remember why). make friends with an employee and get another 10% discount.

otherwise, look for a place that sells "Lifeline" batteries. they had a pretty good showing in some testing, here and on the 'net.

So just go wt the biggest yellow top i can find?

someone point me somewhere, give me a link or something, thier are alot of diffrent optimas out thier, is g 31a the best ones? :ugh2:

kickin i like that jeep, looks excatly like the one i first had.

I read a post on TP about batteries and brands in specific. If I recall correctly, the Kinectics were nothing more than a rebadge of something else. It can be had by the manufacturer for a fraction of the price the Kinetic is actually sold for.

SVR 100-12 AGM -333$

kinetic HC 2400- $449.00

Odessey PC2150 $260.95

Optima D31A-$195.95

The higher priced ones have higher cca's

Is it really that importtant, i dont wanna buy a battery and not notice a change, especially if i can buy a new sub or amp for the same price.lol

uhhh, there are D31's for cheaper than that

( remybattery.com)

go to CA.com there was a Kinetik "group buy" type deal going on...ask Audiolife!!! The prices for the HC2400 are no where near that ;)

I would say get whatever battery fits your budget better, some people have had better luck with the optimas, some with the Kinectics and some with the Odysee.

It's really all trial and error for what ever your application would like better. If you cant afford all 3 buy one at a time, test it, sell it until you tried all of them. and found which is better for you.

And no you dont want the everstart
