You want to run another size woofer with the 15"? No.

yeah wanna add more with another amp

Don't do it.

that wont work. i think its because of cancellation issues with different waves from different size woofers. either get another hx2 or sell it and get 2 of something else.

Ya, big no to two different sized woofers. and if you want a good deck for cheap, in my opinion you can get a cheaper kenwood excelon deck. Some of there models are a little overpriced but if you dig around you can find a good deal, I have one and I love it. I have there best model though, but still nice clear sound is in all there excelon models. Here is a link to a good deck..

You don't have to focus on pre-out voltage for the h u. YOu just need to set the gain correctly : it's made for that!

Adding another size of woofers is a not a good idea! Cancellation will be a problem! If you're looking for more why not try tuning a little higher like around 35hz.

As others stated, terrible idea to just add another woofer. You have to replace what you have, not add to it.

Also, you don't need 4-5V outputs, not at all what I'd recommend looking for spec wise when digging for a head unit.

A more general budget and goals would get you a lot further to meeting what you want.
