Yes....

I used painters tape to wire my friends H/U up.

Then i jammed the ground in between 2 pieces of metal.

Thats pretty ghetto. Not like we care, its going back to BB as soon as he gets back from Hawaii. Got another 9300 to replace the old one

That is pretty ghetto, but they whatever works for the time being. I mean hell last night I had a 8ft wire grounding my HU to the Battery just to make sure it wasnt a bad ground. That looked real ghetto :D

lol I dont know if I would have ever thought of doing that!

One of the most ghetto things ive done was use a Cord from a lamp to test a speaker. Just cut the plugg off and wired it on. That was real ghetto.

ghetto times only a few:

Hard wired a deck used duck tape only on the connetions. Also used something to test wires but dont remember what now I was 400 miles from home and 15 min from town. at a friends place no tools stripped the wire with my leatherman  I wired a door lock relay pair for keyless entry with 2 wire indoor extension cord.

Now days I have spare wire and keep a roll of speaker wire on hand and buy elec tape by the ten pack :D

But I have gotten pickier about how the work is done by my stupidist stunt ever thats another story. I still use my jump start pack to bench test stuff.

Painters tape is worse.

Ive used and am currentlyl using speaker wire as a "fuse" because i didnt have any. 2 8ga into 1 4ga terminal for my sweet distro block ( where my wire fuse was put in)

My buddy did that with tin foil in a maxi fuse box. He had a JBL 1200.1 and kept popping the 80 amp maxi, it was late and he used tin foil. That was real ghetto, he ended up melting 2 of the 4 fuse slots on the block.
