I wana know if I can fix my jl w3 everything is fine with it. But the wire that comes of the cone and goes to the pos or neg I can't remember witch one I will have to look I can post a pic later to I'm just wondering if I can replace that or just buy a new sub

You mean your tinsel lead snapped? Do you still have the wire or is it completely gone? From what I understand, that's a pretty simple fix with just a bit of soldering required.

It sounds like the tinsel leas that connects to the terminal came off, it came off somehow so soldering it back on won't help because it's obviously not long enough. Normally if you run into that problem your pushing the woofer too hard.
