This is about the best fiberglass walkthrough I've found. My plan thus far is to cut out some holes in the door panels, make some MDF speaker rings, mount them to the door panels with little metal brackets, spread some fabric over it, and put a few layers of resiny fiberglass cloth over it. Sand and repeat, sand again.

Am I missing anything?
