i have noticed that The new RE subwoofers like the SR, SE, SXX are badly built unlike they where before.. correct me if im wrong but RE subwoofers are now china made but parts still came from US..

if i where to compare products in general.. i would like to know your opinion about these..

which is a better brand in general terms and application..

fi sundown and aa seem to have the same built for that subwoofer.. they have the element of just by looking at them you knw this sub is loud..

    Your going to get a lot of differen't answers here regarding which is better.

    Fi, AA and Sundown Z v.2 and Nightshade V.2 are still assembled in the USA. As far as baskets and magnet assemblies i'm almost sure those are imported. Voice Coils, Formers, Spiders, Tinsel Leads and Dust Caps .... shrug.gif

    Just because it's made in China doesn't make it a bad product. As long as QC is addressed.

    im a shop owner here in the philippines and, i have alot of bad exp with the RE prosucts, im

    no hater of RE i often use RE.. but i cant help but realize the bad feedbacks i get regarding the product and will end up using an AA,sundown or fi..

    a friend of mine, not my install had 4recones on an REMT18" fulloption..

    first one was after the first sound check.. 2nd, dry run on temr lab..

    3rd was on the actual db drag itself which i was disapointed because the result was just 148.. 4th was when 2 more battery was added..ö

    when i use AA, FI or sundown.. customers seem to be happy with the result..ö
