Posted May 11, 201015 yr Hey. So basically I was working out 6 days a week before, started a cut, lost 20lbs (some muscle, and strength)...Sucks.My schedule is all screwy now and I need a new solid routine for strength\hypertrophy, with an emphasis on compound exercises...Any suggestions?
June 29, 201015 yr Is there anything wrong with a 3 day a week split of dips, squats, deadlifts?That's the compound movement holy trinity.
