And would two runs of positive and one negative run back to the rear battery good enough? Using Knukonceptz Klmx 1/0 wire. Using 240-250 Amp fuses on positive runs. By the rear and the front batts.

Also would one run of that wire be good enough for alt to positive batt with a 250A fuse between? 220A alt, 206A at idle.

Thanks for the help so far.

Got them installed in the doors. Tweeter and mid. The component set is the ppi 356CS. My gto75.4ii is bridged giving 284watts rms per door. Not the whole power though. I just go to where it sounds the best and mids don't max out.

I'm not overly familiar with that Pioneer deck, but my intuition would be that you are supposed to measure the difference in distance between the two speakers at the listening position and then use that difference in inches (or centimeters, however you prefer to measure) as the adjustment on the headunit.

So, for example, if your left speaker is 24" from your head, and the right speaker is 42" from your head, you would delay the left side by 18".

However I've always just done it by ear. It would be very helpful if you had a decent track with reasonable imaging to begin with.

Does it make one speaker more quiet as well? Doesn't seem as loud. When I start doing it. I will try later to do what you said.

It can, but what your trying to do with T/A is equalize the pathlengths of the left and right driver to reach your ears at roughly the same time.

I want a full refund now from Iraggi but he doesn't answer his calls or email.

Why do you want a refund? Just curious.

It does not affect the level of the channels. But what you might be hearing is a change in frequency response.

You bought your h u and the mic was not in the box. Sure about that ? I've bought 2 h u like this one and there were a mic in both : one from a US internet dealer(indoaudio)the 880 prs and another from a French shop(the p 88rs II).

I never tried this t/a thing; maybe one day. I don't feel the need to do it !!!

Good luck

What's the problem with the alt you ordered ?

There is no cheap way to run 4k. You HAVE to get a h/o alt.

I am 100% sure someone makes one, or could make one.

I haven't read anything else.....but you are not correct

It seem to be impossible to get at the alternator in the Caliber Srt4.

I need to upgrade the wiring from the alt to battery with 1/0 wire. I looked where the alt was and I couldn't get at it from any direction.

Why the hell would they put the alt pretty much in the middle of the engine lol. The alt connections are going in toward the engine. I can't even see the wires or other side of the alt.

Guys have any opinions to get at it?
