Posted May 28, 201015 yr Ok so the other day I got a trojan from not looking at porn using IE. Piece of shit took me hours to get off my laptop. Kept saying everything I opened was infected and wanted me to download free spyware remover. Well I got it removed and downloaded the Firefox browser. All that for this............Is there a simple to use add on that will remember my passwords. Typing them each time I log on is pretty much sucking. I tried a few add on's, but they are not working for me. I need something simple.Any help would greatly appreciated.
May 28, 201015 yr um.. i use firefox and it fills in my password after i choose my screenname on every forum and every other site i go to.
May 28, 201015 yr there should be a little bar across the top of the screen every time you type a PW in asking if you want to remember it... some places like your bank page wont remember it even if you hit yet. but for this or facebook i hit yes and never have to type it back in.
May 28, 201015 yr it saves it for my bank and other financial accounts too... I guess i'm just special, lol.
May 28, 201015 yr Author Um, Well for some reason it's not doing that for me or I would not have asked smart ass. lolI check remember me and nothing pops up. When I exit and open it back up it does not remember anything. I have remember passwords checked in options too.I do have it set to never remember browsing history upon exit, but I had IE set up that way too and it remembered my passwords.

May 28, 201015 yr Author I just got the same trojan. Peice of shit wont let me do very much. How did you remove it?Down load Malware Bytes. I had to load it to disk on another PC and install it that way.Start up your computer and hit F8 before you see the windows logo and enter safe mode. Run Malware bytes in safe mode then restart.
