Posted June 18, 201015 yr Does anyone have any idea what the saz-3500d would put out watt wise at 1.33ohm while being fed 12v?
June 18, 201015 yr Why are you asking? When playing music 3kw amp won't put out 3kw all the time. There are many things to consider. Edited June 18, 201015 yr by The enD
June 18, 201015 yr You probably won't notice the difference. If anything this thread is to make yourself think that there will be a big difference, which there wont. Just do it and be happy. With that amount of power will have loud written all over it! And it will be a little easier on your electrical, that's always good!
June 18, 201015 yr Author Just curious what kind of power the subs will be receiving. They're rated for 600w RMS and I'm going to be running 6 of them...So they'll be under powered a bit @ 1.33ohms, no?Easier on the electrical is always good however.
June 18, 201015 yr Rough guess, ~3k, but then again i have no clue what your electrical is...6drivers rated at 600rms would be 3600watts. 3600watts vs 3000watts, your not going to notice the difference audibly, but if your competing then you lose a few decimal points... like .2 haha Don't worry about it, is what I would suggest Edited June 18, 201015 yr by stefanhinote

RMS is a recommendation, not a requirement. those woofers will be happy at that amount of poweras long as you set the amp properly, you shouldnt have to worry about blowing the subs.
