Built turbo engines= $$$

Not really...especially if you know where to get your parts... :)

I have a set of 600whp-capable rods sitting here that I picked up for $325US shipped BNIB.

Lets not go there.....

Some people are expensive, some are cheap

No.

Just not intrested in talking about that because its a pointless conversation.

We both know that doing research can yeild better/cheaper $$ results.

Its also offtopic.

any install progress on it yet???

No, still waiting on getting the car inspected at this point. No cat, no turn signals, and a host of other problems need to be addressed at this point. However, I'm toying around with doing a simpler setup up front (basically Koda'ish fronts ;)) and focusing on the sub stage and install.

turn signals...pftttt

stick your arm out the window and use bycicle hand signals

Turn signals are fixed (I had to cut the factory turn signal harness and use relays - trust me, it was majorly f'd), the brakes need bled for the 7'th time (ABS bleeding is a behotch), and I just fixed an antifreeze leak. This car's a BLAST! :(

Anyway, for more foot room and ease of installation I'm shrinking the front stage down to a pair of Adire Koda components. In a little car like this it will make life a LOT easier. I am no longer getting a Goliath either. I'm getting their 3200 watt XX instead and still going to use the XX 4 channel.

One more pic of the car. :)

No Goliath???

if you are still doing 2 12s, the XX 3200 watts will be plenty.

No Goliath. :( It would have been totally overkill. I could have sent the entire moving assembly's flying if I wanted to with that amp and proper voltage (getting proper voltage would have been a chore also).

And yeah, I'll still be running two 12's so 3200 watts will be fine. :)

Use that burb in the back

The doors are deep in the front and you can put a nice set of 18's in the rear cargo area.

Oddly enough...my friends teg has messed up turn signals.

he got in a fender bender and they decided to stop working

I can walk him through how to get them working again if his problem is the same as mine (doubt it though as mine is a '94 with an '01 dash/front end/interior swap)

lol...sounds like you've been busy with fixing it up. It looks in nice shape on the outside from the pics. Just remember to make an install that will beat out Freemans. I may be joining you on those ventures as i am hoping to get either a Solara or Xterra with two 12s, a USAmps AX amp, and a killer front stage to make someone piss on themselves.

I'll ask him if he got them working.

His is a 01 front end on a 94 too.

The 94 one is to "bubbly", stock rear bumper

This is what it used to look like:

As you can see, not the nicest looking car ever.

Except now the passengers side bumper is all messed up ( 01 bumper)
