id cut out all that black plastic, to get a square hole. build a box to slide in place, outta .5 inch mdf then build out the front to gain sone mounting depth, and you can also angle it.

and do one on each side. with the subs angled kinda to the back of the front seats.

oh and with a box like that, you can rotate it in the square, to set the sub at differetn angles to what ever would sound best.

You guys should see the depth/cavity of the rear 6.5's in tegs.
