Posted June 30, 201015 yr what state are you in and what kind of sucky firework restrictions are there.I'll be once again sneaking the good stuff. Love those canisters and mortars. Any one live in Pennsylvania, I couldn't believe they were kicking there own residents out of the store. You can live there but not be able to buy all those great fireworks you got up there.
June 30, 201015 yr I live in VA, the restrictions are crazy. Most of the stuff you can buy out in the open here are just things that make colors. Every once in a while you will find under the table sellers that have stuff that blows up. I normally go to the boarder of NC and go to this Exxon (I think?) gas station that looks run down, go into the back, walk up into an 18 wheeler, and there is everything you need.

June 30, 201015 yr I keep the stuff I have on the low. Nobody knows we have it, unless we tell people we do that we want coming to watch. Doesn't look like I am going to go this year, because nobody wants to get together, throw down a good amount of cash equal between us all and buy some.
June 30, 201015 yr illinois is a no fireworks state, but i live about 20 minutes away from a shelton fireworks, which just happens to be like 5 miles into indiana lol.
June 30, 201015 yr They repealed the ban this year I guess because now theres like 5 stands in city limits, before you had to drive like 5 minutes to the county to get fireworks. There legal under Mississippi state law as far as i know.
July 9, 201015 yr In El Paso fireworks aren't allowed in the city limits. Once you're outside of the city limits anything goes. It's the only place I know of that you can fire off fireworks on the frontage road of IH-10 and not get hassled. I live in San Antonio now. Can't do anything here, all the land is fenced off. Now I understand what native americans went through in the early 1800 as settlers settled the west.
