i was looking at buying the mmats p2.5 10's to replace my memphis M3's since they are reasonably close in volume recommended in a sealed inclosure 0.65 cu ft. wondering what other subs there might be besides the mmats?

hm..what are you looking for in your driver specifically. Sa-10 i would recomend its just a nasty looking sub and i bet it sounds as nasty as it looks!

well i just want something louder than the M3's i had but that can fit in the volume of 0.65 cu ft thats only reason i was looking at mmats. the p2.5 is right in that area for a good price.

I never heard any tens before so i couldnt make any ensumption for something louder. Are you trying to squeeze the box in a certain area or trying to use your same box for the m3. If you have the room just build a bigger sealed box pretty simply box's to make.

How loud it will be depends on the instal! if your keeping the same box throw the same power at a new sub most of all you wont see a big change because most of your variables are the same from the last system.

You probably won't gain much of any loudness using the same box and same power.

If your looking for change look for some slim 10's that play really good in small sealed enclos i heard the mtx thunder thin has some really good output in small enclos. AGAIN NEVER HEARD any 10's before just giving what i heard.

i would just make a new box an get some sa 10's an a bigger amp

Austin thats im saying he would be so happy if he would upgrade his enclos. He insist to keep the same enclos.

Volume wont be your problem... Depth will. how deep is your box? maybe 5 inches? any pics of the box?

I have the same truck and same problem.

My buddy put two RE slimline 12s in his x cab chevy and sounds great.. I was impressed .. If u have a lil more room to work with i have RE sx10s and sound beast. Good luck with yout choice

yo these are my SA 10s, these things are BEASTS... i highly recommend them
