Right now I have a SI d2 15" thats logoless. How much would it cost to get the motor replaced with one of the brand new ones? How much is a brand new sub?

It would cost more than the cost of a new 15. It would have to be torn apart and rebuilt using only the old basket (yes, a re-cone would happen). It would take more time than it is worth.

I know they aren't offering motor swapps for the claws, but I'm pretty sure that'll apply to the old drivers period. Sell the old one and buy a new one. It's worth the extra cash.

Edit: Ok, i guess they would... it would just cost alot.

It would be easier to just sell it and buy new.
