I search on PirateBay, seems like a good site.

Find the torrent. Got a bunch of seeds, got a couple leechers or whatever they're called.

Click on it, Azureus opens up.

Save it to the desktop or whatever folder I want the file(s) in.

Minute or two later the thing starts downloading.

Downloading slowly. I had one file go at 150kb/s for a minute or two, then went down to 80kb/s or so. If I were to take an average of all speeds I've seen since I started using this I'd imagine that it would be around 30kb/s. Sometimes around 45kb/s, sometimes around 17kb/s, sometimes around 12kb/s. No other internet programs running, only downloading one file at a time.

The only fast downloads I see are when I 'right click save as' a file from a webpage ... if no one else is downloading it or whatever I'll see ~ 180kb/s, which isn't fast compared to some of you guys but it's the fastest I've been getting unfortunately.

180kb/s for a torrent is a very good speed I think, I think there are a billion factors with torrents and the seed/leeacher ratio or something.. Im getting 70kb/s as I type this with a file in azureus now.
