i have been looking for a component set and i was considering going with something from cdt. I have never heard these with my own ears, but i have heard or read a few good things about them online a while back. Or if there is something better i should consider please let me know

i was looking at the CL-61A-25 PRO

here is a link to them http://www.woofersetc.com/p4596/CL61A25-PRO--CDT-Audio-Classic-65"-2Way-Component-Speakers.htm

what do yall think, and what amp should i look into to power them?

I dont know about these specific ones, but I have CDT's in my Xterra and I love them. Great range, and kept very clear even at high volumes.

which ones do you have? and do you have them powered by an amp or just the head unit?

Edited by bcst86

I forget the line. Look for my build log and they should be listed there.

I have them powered off an amp. DD amp IIRC.

Hundreds of things, but better is subjective and you gave us no direction so we can give you none either.

what do you need to know?

i have cdt CL-62EX kit in my truck. Driving them with a Clarion 90x4 amp. They are amazing and blew away the previous RF's and Kenwoods I had. I paid 209.99 for 2 6.5 coaxial rear fills, 2 6.5 front woofers, 2 1" tweeters, and 2 crossovers for the front. regularly like 350-450 so if you check CDT website you can find their specials often.

Re-read the T&C's and you should know.
