January 9, 201114 yr Author TTTShould I just use a single 200 or 250 under the hood by the battery and call it a day, will this be ok considering one is a 1500 V.2 without external fuses??
January 9, 201114 yr Author OK, thanks, based on that I do need to run 3 fuses. One at each amp and one main at the batt. Because I havent seen a junction fuse box that has 1/0 outs.
January 9, 201114 yr make your own.. that's what i do. Fuse blocks are very easy to make.If you have a bandsaw, drill and tap set, we can talk.
January 9, 201114 yr i prefer aluminum, copper oxidizes too quick and cost more and even more to protect it from oxidizing.Aluminum doesn't really require protection since it can last for years before signs of oxidation appear.
January 9, 201114 yr I agree aluminum ftw. The only way to use copper is if it's polished and then protect it from oxidization.
