February 22, 201114 yr Author Lots of just general clean up. You can see the huge pile of old airline and conduit I have demoed off the ceiling. Also that huge pile of old phone and date line. This building used to be an only sheet metal fabrication shop. There was a ton of wire and electrical that had to be taken out!I just had the phone system fixed and cleaned up today so tomorrow the electrician can come back and move a few things so I can build my wall and get some sheet rock up. I plan to paint it all white with a black stripe around the whole inside sort of like the blue one that is in there now.Andrew

February 22, 201114 yr Author Man you got a lot of work to do But it'll be awesome in the end.Honestly most of it us just clean up at this point lol. I did so much demo it was not even funny! There was a ton of old lights, shelving (hence the holes in the walls), and heaters hanging from the roof. This location is right at 1,200 sq feet. I'm going to post up some building pics and a back round story of this place in a bit. Andrew

February 22, 201114 yr Author My 1,200 sq ft section sits in a much larger building!The size of this location is aprox 35,000 sq ft. The primary business at this location is Advanced Auto Body which includes an on side Hertz rental car and Geico office. The second business at this location is South Side Flooring which is why you see carpet etc in some of the pics. I am just taking a small portion until my business grows again and I will eventually take over South Side Flooring section when he buys his own building. If you have any questions just ask!!Andrew
