Got a new vehicle, so its time to upgrade the sound system. Vechicle is a BMW 750i. The stock Logic7 system sounds better than I excpected, but the "subwoofers" under the front seats seem to be more like mid-woofers. I listen to mostly rap and R&B. I was thinking a single 12 or a couple of 10's sealed, but I'm open to suggestions. I'm also not brand biased....I'm just looking to get away from mainstream subs. I'm not building an SQ system or anthing, but I want a balanced sounding system.

My goals:

1. Add some low end punch to complement the mids and highs without overpowering them.

2. Maintain some usable trunk space

3. Not destroy my car....(last system demolished my vehicle)

4. 1000 watts or less so I don't have to upgrade electrical system

5. Budget of $600 for amp and sub...but I can always save a little longer
