They arent just for GM's, they will fit any leafspring vehicle as far as i know of.

I'm not really good with vehicles......what exactly does this do? I drive a truck, I think I know what it does but I want to make sure before I open my mouth since I know hardly anything about this stuff. lol

It makes your body lean go away.

Basically tightens up the leafs on corners
