I have an Eclipse CD-8053 CD player which I love. It have a built in Crossover, However it can not do everything I need. I need a outboard Crossover that will work in conjunction with the Eclipse r all by itself to control a 3 way or 4 way system

I have a

SI Sub

CDT EF8 Midbass

CDT ES520 Components.

Now either I need to break the audio line in 3 spots and use 3 amps and let the Components Crossovers do the work between the 5.25 driver and the tweeters, Or I can buy a 4th small amp to run the Tweeters off the new crossover.

My Main concern is that its adjustable, and will not introduce any new noise, in other words a SQ piece! Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I am really considering the 4 Way system with 4 seperate US Amps to run the 12", 8" 5.25" and 1" Thanks, Tim

Or if you want to go nuts with all the options, get a Behringer 2496 and a 12v mod.  It will do everything and is computer controlled but you will lose your in the dash control....

He'd have to get 2. They only do 3-way stereo or 4-way mono.

I think I have found a US Amps US-X3 I will buy. I think having a US Amps X-over with all my US Amps will be cool.
